Portland International Jetport Selects Burgess as Agency of Record
(Portland, ME) - The Portland International Jetport (PWM) has selected Burgess Advertising & Associates, Inc. as its agency of record, following an RFP process conducted by the City of Portland.
PWM has enlisted Burgess to help define the Jetport’s brand and ensure that it continues to enjoy a steady increase in the number of passengers traveling to and from Maine via the Jetport. In addition, Burgess will work with PWM staff and AirTran Airways personnel to help introduce the newest low-cost carrier to Portland. AirTran Airways will offer non-stop daily service to Baltimore and weekly non-stop service to Orlando from Portland beginning June 7th.
"What impressed us about Burgess was that their recommendations were really tailored to us," said Jeff Bourk, Assistant Director of PWM. "We didn’t feel like their proposal was a 'cookie cutter' approach."
