Dan Routh Joins Team Burgess
(Portland, ME) -Dan Routh has joined Burgess Advertising as Creative Director, bringing more than 30 years to the Portland based agency.
He began his career on advertising’s Main Street – New York’s Madison Avenue - as an art director for such global brands as Arm & Hammer, Chef Boyardee, Anacin and Black Flag.
Since moving to Maine in 1987, Dan has been Creative Director at three major agencies, managing and creating award-winning work for dozens of regional and national clients, including Cellular One, International Paper, Norway Savings Bank, Jotul Stoves, Saco Defense, Hussey Seating and many more.
He is a past President and current Board Member of the Ad Club of Maine, with a special interest in promoting professional development among Maine’s advertising community.
An ex-New Yorker and BFA graduate of Parsons School of Design, Dan has spent the last 18 years restoring a Greek Revival farmhouse in North Yarmouth along with wife Veronica and two sons.
