Efficiency MaineTo bring Efficiency Maine's PowerSleuth education program to life, Burgess helped design a PowerSleuth mascot—Addision the Fox, who was unveiled at the PowerSleuth kickoff event. Addison makes appearances at schools and events throughout Maine—Burgess manages the staffing and appearance schedule.
Farm CreditFarm Credit of Maine wanted to show its support of Maine's rich agricultural tradition at Maine's country fairs, while providing a practical solution to farmers—many of whom are Farm Credit customers/members—who needed a place to milk their cows while at the fairs. Burgess designed the graphics for the Moo-bile Milker—a custom milking trailer that makes the rounds of Maine's fairs throughout the summer and fall.
MercyMercy Hospital needed a cost effective method to promote their Emergency Department in the greater Portland area. Burgess recommended a blend of outdoor media to spread the word in a less traditional way. Burgess designed wraps for Mercy's own vehicle fleet to increase exposure for the Emergency Department, and pump toppers for local gas stations pumps throughout Portland, making impressions while customers filled up their tank.
MercyMercy Hospital has found the Portland Metro buses to be an effective way to maintain brand awareness for its Emergency Department and other services. Burgess has designed eye-catching, colorful signage that has effectively created a fleet of wandering billboards throughout the city for Mercy.
MercyMercy Bear, the loveable mascot of Mercy Hospital, is a favorite at local parades, festivals and events. Burgess Advertising recently gave Mercy Bear a makeover and handles the mascot appearance schedule and staffing.
Portland International JetportBurgess designed this clever sign to alert passengers at the Portland Jetport about the construction going on as the terminal receives a $75 million facelift and expansion.
